Grief support is more than just counselling, it is listening with the heart and walking alongside you as you journey through grief.
As we move through life, we inevitably will experience different types of losses. We may experience the death of a spouse, sibling, parent, friend, cousin, or someone else we hold dear.
Loss can go beyond the death of a loved one. Loss can include the death of a beloved pet, job loss, or relationship breakdown through separation or divorce. Loss can also look like loss of hope, loss of purpose in life and loss of life direction. Whichever type of grief you may be experiencing, I am here to support you, hold space for you, and honor your unique loss.
